FEATURE FILM DRAMA | STAGE: DEVELOPMENT
Juan Leone receives an unexpected visit from his niece and sister-in-law after several years
of absence. The reunion forces him to face an open wound linked to the
tragedy in 2004 in Buenos Aires and to the truncated dream of being the guitarist of the
neighborhood rock band 'Los Desprotegidos' (The Exposed).

Almost twenty years have passed since that night of December 30, 2004, I was 15 years old when a friend invited me to the Callejeros concert. Flares invaded the atmosphere, a spark ignited the half-shadow of the club, lights went out and fire began to rain from the ceiling. The most agile were able to get out quickly, some others remained inside the mousetrap with the toxic and poisonous smoke. My experiences there are the germ of this literary work and are the engine that made this film possible. Most of the kids who died that December 30 were killed because they went in to rescue those who were still inside. Those kids saved me, this film tries to protect them in the memory of cinema and is dedicated to all the victims of Cro-Magnon.
